James Parriott's Obituary
Freeport - Jim Parriott, 79, of Freeport died Saturday morning following a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born February 14th, 1938, in Orangeville. He was the son of Beulah and Milford Parriott. He served in the US Army from 1961-1963.
Surviving is his daughter, Kim (Jeff) Giss, grandchildren, Kayla and Brad Giss of Poplar Grove, IL; a sister, Betty Marcantonio of Chicago, IL and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by 12 brothers and sisters.
There will be a Celebration of Life luncheon at the Eagles Club in Freeport on Saturday, 2/10/18 at 11:30 am.
Special thanks to FHN Hospice and Wanda Wittbecker for their help, patience and kindness towards dad during his illness.
