Wayne Marvin Lindstrom, 77, of Chadwick, Illinois, passed away on October 31, 2026 in his home. He was born on January 19, 1949 in Savanna, Illinois, to Marvin Lindstrom and Rosalie (Kingery) Lindstrom. He married Joyce Stenbeck (Boelkens) in 1969, and later Debra Ruth Ann McGinnis on September 7, 1974. Wayne was the proud owner operator of WW Builders for almost 50 years. He was a modern-day MacGyver who loved a challenge. He was a man who enjoyed meeting new people. He was loved by many and adored by all. His greatest pastimes were boating on the Mississippi with family and friends, collecting antiques, juke boxes, sports memorabilia, and playing cards. He loved animals and adored children. He was a proud member of the mounted patrol. He was a member of Cherry Grove Church in Lanark, and also attended the Chadwick Free Evangelical Church.

Survivors include his children: Charlotte Stoehr (Lindstrom), De Ann Heinrich (Lindstrom), and Wade Lindstrom; grandchildren: Samuel Stoehr, Tymon Stoehr, Erica Appel (Lindstrom), Brady Heinrich, Adeline Stoehr, and Paige Lindstrom; and great-grandchild Ella June Gillen.

He was preceded in death by his parents Marvin & Rose Lindstrom, brother David Lindstrom, sister Connie Rudy (Lindstrom), and wife Deborah Ruth Ann Lindstrom.
