Timothy Alan Goethe, 46, born November 28, 1975, in Freeport, IL, passed away May 16, 2022, at home. Tim graduated from Durand High School, class of 1995. He was a lifelong carpenter. Tim enjoyed working on Antique Jeeps with his father. He enjoyed building computers, fishing, camping, and spending time with his family. He had a great love of music.

Survivors include his Parents: Dennis and Lana Goethe of Durand, IL, Sisters: Staley (Dan) Cederholm of Forreston, IL, Joy McLane (Tommy Kocher) of Durand, IL, Lindy (Eric) Hawkinson of Davis, IL, and Nataly (Eric) Hawker of Rockford, IL. Tim leaves behind 6 children: Brayden Goethe of Milwaukee, WI, Aubrey (Dakota) Klein of Clinton, IA, Riley, Isabelle and Dennis Goethe of Janesville, WI, and Olivia Ostrander of Janesville, WI; 4 nieces, 10 nephews, 3 great nieces, and 1 great nephew.

He is preceded in death by Paternal Grandparents: Lowell and Joyce Goethe, Maternal Grandmother Marie Cheek and Grandfather Rudy Fowler, special Great Aunt, Vera Goethe, and one uncle, Stephen Goethe, and three cousins: Matthew Kettler, Haley Ward, and Kirsten Casteel.

A funeral service will be held on Friday May 20, 2022, at 12 PM, with visitation at 11 AM, at Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd in Freeport, IL. Interment at Oakland Cemetery.

A memorial has been established in his memory.
