Thomas J. Carlino, 66, of Freeport, IL, passed away on June 9, 2021 at home. He was born on October 11, 1954 in Franklin Park, IL, to Peter Carlino and Theresa Coyne. He attended Washburn Trade School and on September 29, 1998, he married Faylene Christen. He was a Union Painter. Organizations included the Painters Union of Wisconsin and Illinois, and the Sky Knights Skydivers.

Survivors include his Wife Faylene, Daughters: Natalie Miller, DeAnna Hoffman, Devvy (John) Mathews, and Gina Williams; Sons: Michael Hoffman and Philip (Vicki) Hoffman; 1 Sister, Mary (George) Lamb, 21 grandchildren, and his nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 son, 1 brother, 1 sister, and 1 grandson.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday July 14, 2021 at 1 PM, at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd in Freeport, IL. A visitation will be held from 12 noon until time of service. A memorial has been established in his name.
