Suellen Veer, 62, of Freeport, IL, passed away on December 2, 2025. She was born in Freeport to Paul and Carol (Otto) Wootan and was a graduate of Freeport High School.

She is survived by her daughter Tara (Dalton) Meier, sons: Aaron Steinke and Jesse Steinke; grandkids: Elise (Dairo) Ortega, Merrick Meier, and Makayla Meier; special friend Darin, brother George Rinehart, and sister-in-law Linda Rinehart (Bill).

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Bill.
