Sharon Kay Knight (Schwartz), 67, of Freeport, IL, passed away on February 21, 2026 at Lena Nursing Home. She was born on June 10, 1958 at St. Francis Hospital in Freeport, to Elizabeth Graves and Rodney Knight. She had been a housekeeper and a CNA.

Survivors include her sons: Josh (Tasha) Schwartz and Brandon Knight; 4 grandkids: Addison Schwartz, Joshua Schwartz, Trent Knight, and Kailea Knight; 1 great grandbaby coming in June, 2 brothers: Ron (Marlene) Knight and Mike (Michelle) Knight; sister-in-law Debbie Knight, and lots of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by Elizabeth Wallace, Rodney Knight, and brother Robert Knight.

Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
