Shane Lewis, 51, of Freeport, IL, passed away on February 9, 2026. He was born on March 21, 1974 in Rockford, IL, to Henry Thomas Lewis and Nancy (Beck) Lewis. He retired from truck driving.

Survivors include his son Brenden Lewis, grandson Liam Lewis, stepson Teiran Hall, son Justin Broege, son Kaeden Lewis, daughter Kaeli Lewis, brother Steve Beck and spouse, brother Scott Lewis, sister Sherrie Lewis and spouse / children, sister Stacy Knoup and spouse / children.

He was preceded in death by his mom Nancy Beck Lewis, dad Henry Thomas Lewis, nephew David Molitor, and nephew Sean Reed.
