Sandra K. Haefner, 82, of German Valley, IL, passed away on September 14, 2024 at her home. She was born on September 6, 1942 in Freeport, IL, to Donald L. McPhillips and Gladys V. McPhillips (Smith). She married George K. Siegmeier in October of 1960, and later divorced. She would then marry Paul F. Haefner, Sr in August of 1973, and later divorced. She was a member of the Lutheran Church.

Survivors include Kim (Norman) Haas, Tammy Whitehead (Chuck Yount), George (Colene) Siegmeier, Don (Lisa) Siegmeier, Becky (Ken) Conder, Jerry (Deb) Siegmeier, Michael (Trisha) Siegmeier, Cathy Haefner (Jason Debor), and Paul Haefner, Jr., 29 grandchildren, and 41 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Gladys McPhillips, her sister Nancy Wikstrom, her daughter Tina Stewart, and great-grandson Andrew James Wren.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday September 21, 2024 at 11:30 AM, with visitation at 10 AM, at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd in Freeport, IL. Interment at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Freeport.

A memorial will be established in her name.
