Rosemary A. Buckwalter, 71, of Freeport, IL, passed away on August 26, 2023 in Madison, WI. She was born on March 22, 1952 in Freeport, to Clayton E. Sr & Betty J. (Sigafus) Heilemeier. She married Donald Buckwalter on August 14, 1991 in Freeport.

Survivors include her husband Donald Buckwalter, son Jay Randall, daughter Lisa Randall, sister Pamela Schwartz (Steve), brother Allan Heilemeier (Brenda), brother Clayton Heilemeier (Sue), 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, sisters: Margaret Larson and Shirley Kraai.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday September 5, 2023 from 1PM - 3PM, at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd in Freeport, IL. A short service will follow the visitation. Pastor Pat Vandenburgh will officiate.

A memorial has been established in Rosemary's memory.
