Rosalinda Orozco, 15, of Freeport, IL, passed away on September 8, 2026. She was born on August 29, 2011 in Cuernavaca, Morelos Mexico, to Liduvina Sanchez. She attended Freeport School District, and was a member of St. Mary’s Parish.

Survivors include her mother Liduvina Sanchez, stepfather Jesus Ayala, siblings: Miguel Julian Orozco, Zuriel Ayala Sanchez, and Marjorie Ayala.

She was preceded in death by her father Miguel Orozco Castro.

A visitation will be held on Friday September 11, 2026, from 6 PM - 9 PM, at the Schwarz Funeral Home, 816 S. Galena Ave in Freeport. Funeral service will be held on Saturday September 12, 2026 at 11 AM, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 704 S. State Ave in Freeport, IL. Cremation to follow.
