Ronnie Allen Corbitt, was born December 24, 1972, to his parents Allen Corbitt, Jr. and Rosie (Coffey) Corbitt in Vardaman, Mississippi.

Ronnie's parents relocated to Freeport, Illinois, in 1974. He attended the Freeport School District #145 and graduated from Freeport High School. During Ronnie's High School career, he played on the Football Team.

Ronnie accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at the St. Martin Baptist Church, under the leadership of Reverend Earnest Curry.

Ronnie was a man of many talents. He worked as a Bartender, Chef, and managed several other jobs.

Ronnie hobbies are fishing, cooking, reading, car shows, and spending time in Chicago. He also enjoyed the time spent with his dad restoring his 1957 Chevy. But most of all Ronnie enjoyed spending quality time with his family.

Ronnie leaves to cherish his memories his Parents, Allen and Rosie Corbitt; Brother, Demetrius (Anton) Corbitt; Sister, Peggy Samuel; Daughter, Ravonne Corbitt; son, Brandon Mattson; Grandfather, Willie Humphries; Special Friend, Eric Johnson; host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.

Ronnie never met a stranger. He had a smile that was contagious when anyone met him.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday January 15, 2022 at 12 noon, with visitation from 11 AM until time of service, at Philippians Baptist Church in Freeport, IL. Interment in Oakland Cemetery.
