Ronald Ralph Griffin, 80, of Freeport, IL, passed away on May 8, 2021. He was born on July 22, 1940 in Freeport, IL, to John and Gertrude (Veer) Griffin. He attended Freeport High School and would later marry Marsha Miley. He worked at Northwestern Telephone for 26 years.

Survivors include his wife Marsha, brother Jack Griffin, son Tracey Griffin, daughter Ronda Griffin, 5 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Carol Meyers, Betty Griffin, and Diane Griffin; daughter Andrea Griffin, and brothers John Griffin and George Griffin.

A memorial service will be held in July. Details will be announced at a later date.
