Robert "Bob" L. Jacobs, 70, of Freeport, IL, passed away on July 11, 2020 at FHN. He was born on February 1, 1950 in Elkhorn, WI, to parents John L. and Marie I. (Fitch) Jacobs. He married Judy Daniels and served in the Army from 1972 – 1974 in Korea.

Survivors include his 4 children: Tiffany (Don) Simmons, Bobbie (Brandon) Jeffrey, Joshua Jacobs, and Angela Kjos (Jacobs); 3 siblings: Johnny Jacobs, Nora (Ron) Bechtold, and Sue (Mike) Edmunds; 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife: Judy Jacobs; sister-in-law: Louise (Johnny) Jacobs; and his parents: John and Marie Jacobs.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday July 17, 2020 at 10 AM, at Schwarz Park Blvd. Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd. in Freeport. A memorial has been established in his memory.
