Rhonda Petersen, 52, of Baileyville, IL, passed away on May 25, 2020 at UW Madison. She was born in Freeport, IL, to George and Shelby (Hale) Oltmann. She was a 1985 graduate of Forreston High School. She married John Petersen on September 10, 1994. She worked at Petersen's Upholstery.

Survivors include her husband, John Petersen; 3 sisters: Debbie (Hale) Mitchell, Nancy (Hale) Ludewig, and Michelle (Oltmann) Galor; 1 brother Deryl Bradley Hale; 5 nieces, 3 nephews, and various other family.

She was preceded in death by her mom Shelby and her dad George.
