Randall L. Kloepping, 61, of Pearl City, IL, passed away at home on March 4, 2025. He was born on August 14, 1963 in Freeport, IL, to Leo Kloepping and Peggy J. Kloepping. He graduated from Pearl City High School in 1981. He married Wilma (Billie) Kloepping on September 29, 1984 in Forreston, IL. He was employed at Brewster Cheese in Stockton, IL.

He is survived by his wife, 3 children: Randy & Alix (Gaulrapp) Kloepping, Joshua Kaliee (Truckenmiller) Kloepping, Kendra Kloepping (fiance) Jimmy Shenberger; 7 grandchildren: Makai Thuman, Mason, Paisley, and Cooper Kloepping, Nataliee , Lyla Kloepping, and Savanna Shenburger; 1 brother Raymond Kloepping, 2 sisters: Janet Fergie and Shelly Mulder; 3 sisters-in-law: Brenda Rueter, Liz Richards, and Brigitte Kloepping; 5 brothers-in-law: Sammual Woodyatt, Alva Richards, Charles Richards, Curt Richards, and Dean Richards; mother-in-law Sandra Woodyatt, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Leo & Peggy Kloepping, mother-in-law Sharon Huttunen, father-in-law William Woodyatt, sisters: Julie Smeathers and Susan Kloepping; sister-in-law Amy Sturtz, brother-in-law Jimmy Woodyatt, niece Sara Mulder, and nephew Dakota Woodyatt.

Friends may call at the Schwarz Park Blvd, 608 S. Park Blvd in Freeport, on Friday March 14, 2025 from 5PM - 7PM. A memorial has been established.
