Ralph Martin
Pezan
Jun 30, 1934 — Sep 27, 2025
Ralph Martin Pezan
June 30, 1934 – September 27, 2025
Ralph Pezan, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and proud Marine, passed away peacefully on September 27, 2025, after a courageous battle with plasma cell and colon cancer. He was 91 years old.
Born on June 30, 1934, to Stanley and Frances Pezan, Ralph was the youngest of fourteen children and is now reunited in heaven with his parents, all of his brothers and sisters, and his son, Ralph "Mitch" Pezan.
Ralph is survived by his devoted wife and the love of his life, Sharon (Meyerhoff) Pezan; his children Jerome Pezan, Greg Pezan, Anthony Pezan, and Amber (Pezan) DiFrancesco; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews who will carry his memory in their hearts.
Ralph proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps from 1954 to 1956 — Semper Fi — and brought that same spirit of discipline, determination, and grit to everything he did. A man who loved hard work and could fix just about anything, Ralph found joy in working with his hands and making things better, one small repair at a time.
He was tough, loyal, and steadfast — much like his favorite actor, John Wayne, especially in Red River. But beneath that rugged exterior was a deep love for his family and an unwavering faith. Ralph died believing in Jesus Christ as his Savior, secure in the promise of eternal life.
He leaves behind a legacy of strength, faith, and devotion — a life well lived and well loved.
Semper Fi, Ralph. You will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
