Patrick Fane, 36, of Freeport, IL, passed away on April 7, 2024. He was born May 17, 1987, in Chicago, IL, to Patricia Fane and Lezerick Wilson. He married Crystal Haas in Freeport, mother of Treishaun and Tekiya. He worked general labor but was mostly just a family man.

Survivors include his grandmother Geneva Brown, Parents: mom Patricia Fane and dad Lezerick Wilson; children: daughter Tekiya Fane, son Treishaun Fane, sisters: Pamela Fane, Shanika Fane, and Markita Fane; brother Lezerick Fane, Wilson family, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many more family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother Ola Mae Wilson, grandfather William Gooch, and Grandfather Lonnie Wilson.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday April 13, 2024, at 11 AM, with visitation at 10 AM, at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd in Freeport.
