Patricia Stevens, 82, of Freeport, IL, passed away on October 8, 2025 at Winn Prairie in Freeport. She was born on May 15, 1943 in Chicago, IL, to George and Harriet (Serdick) Rodman. She was a college graduate and on May 20, 2000, married Edward J. Stevens in Wheaton, IL. She worked as a journalist and was a member of the catholic church.

Survivors include her husband Edward J. Stevens, daughters: Ann Conway of Los Angeles, California and Karen Huseman of Texas; grandchildren: Travis Huseman of Mexico, Lauren Prewit of Texas, and Danielle Huseman of Colorado; and her great-grandchild Raife of Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents George and Harriet Rodman.

A funeral service will be held at 1 PM, with visitation at 12 PM, on Friday October 10, 2025, at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd in Freeport, IL. Interment at Oakland Cemetery.
