Patricia Ramirez, 37, of Freeport, IL, passed away on April 11, 2024. A visitation will be held on Wednesday April 17, 2024, from 4PM - 6PM, at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd in Freeport. Interment of cremains will take place at 1 PM on Thursday April 18, 2024, at Freeport City Cemetery.
