Pansy Louise Witte, 68, of Freeport, IL, passed away on July 21, 2022 at OSF Saint Anthony Hospital in Rockford, IL. She was born May 14, 1954 in Johnson City, TN, to Billie Doris Garland and Cecil Wilson Edwards. Following high school graduation, she received her nursing degree and would work as a Registered Nurse.

Survivors include her sisters: Sarah Waters, Marie McGee, Dorie Cothron, Patsy Friel, and Elizabeth Suggs; brother Henry Edwards, and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Billie Doris Edwards, father, Cecil Wilson Edwards, and sister Nancy Palehte.

A Celebration of Life to be held in Florida.
