Pamela Jean Williams Stubben, 70, of Freeport, IL, passed away March 27, 2022 at FHN. She was born June 6, 1951 in Freeport, IL, to Dale Williams and Elaine (Shippy) Williams. She was a 1969 graduate of Freeport High School. She married Allen Stubben on Dec. 12, 1971, at Bethany United Church of Christ. Pam was a devoted Mother to her two boys, who were her world. Pam truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; cooking, reading, and enjoying her time with family and friends. She worked as a medical office representative and worked as an investigator in the insurance industry. Pam had a heart of gold and was very special to many people in her life. She will be missed greatly by family and friends and all that has the pleasure of knowing her.

Survivors include her husband Allen Stubben, son Jason Stubben, sister Cynthia Williams Lowther of Freeport, brother Gary Williams of Freeport, sister Lisa Williams Costa (Robin) of Houston, TX, Lori Williams of Freeport, niece Michelle MacAdam of Denver, CO, nephew Robert (Deanna) Maguire of  Minnesota, nephew Paul (Malorie) Maguire of Chicago, niece Jenna (Josh) Nelson of Michigan, niece Jacqueline Williams of Freeport, 13 great nieces and nephews, and special friends: Theresa & Dennis Dicosola, and Abe & Jessica Mashal.

She was preceded in death by her son Allen Stubben, Mother Elaine Shippy Williams, Father Dale Williams, and sister Colleen Maguire Williams.

A memorial service will be held on Friday April 1, 2022 at 6 PM, at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Ave, in Freeport, IL. Visitation will be at 4 PM until time of service. A memorial has been established in Pamela Stubben's name.
