Noe D. Graciano, 62, of Freeport, IL, passed away on November 13, 2023. He was born on November 14, 1960 in Mexico to Demetrio Graciano and Petra Duarte Graciano. He married his wife Penny on July 11, 1981 in Palatine, IL.

Survivors include his kids: Alicia Graciano (Carleton Williams) and Erlinda Graciano; grandkids: Josefina Graciano, Lorenzo Graciano, and Katrina Graciano; and sisters: Albertina Graciano and Herlinda Graciano.

He was preceded in death by his wife Penny M. Graciano, and brother Leonardo Graciano.

Visitation will be held on Sunday November 19, 2023, from 1PM - 3PM, at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd in Freeport.
