Michael Lee Davis, 50, of Freeport, IL, passed away on August 16, 2021. He was born on April 17, 1971 in Freeport, IL to Eugene and Deleene Roxi (Black) Davis. He was retired from the Army and previously attended Park Hills Church in Freeport.

Survivors include his father Eugene Davis, siblings: Heath Davis, Kelly Davis, Katy Davis, and Gina Davis; his aunt and uncle: Jim and Joann Black; his cousins: Jim Black, Jeff Black, Tori Lawrence, Wade Lawrence and his daughter Lyanna, Jaime and Ricky Givens, and their sons Ricky and James, and his close friends: Scott and Misty Piehn.

He was preceded in death by his mother Deleene Roxi Davis, his grandmother Genevieve Black, his aunt Joanne Black, and cousin Adrianna Stein.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday August 28, 2021, from 11 AM to 3 PM, at 1448 W. Demeter Dr. in Freeport, IL. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery in Freeport.
