Mary L Mullin, 81, of Pearl City, IL, died November 19, 2025 at St Joseph/Provena in Freeport IL after an extended illness. She was born on August 9, 1944 in Lena, IL, to parents LaVere & Marion (Crackenberger) Erbsen. She married Louis Mullin February 12, 1983.

Survivors include her sister Linda (Rich King) Wescott, Wayne, NJ, brother Gerald (Cindy) Erbsen, Pearl City, IL, brother Jeff (Linda) Erbsen, Pearl City, IL, Foster daughter Ressie, 4 Grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and members of the Mullin family.

She was preceded in death by her husband Louis, parents, mother and father-in-law John & Gloria Mullin, and brother Larry Erbsen.

Past employment included Freeport Memorial Hospital, Crum & Forster, Liberty Village, and Lena Nursing Home.

Membership/Activities included childhood church Ebenezer UCC Church, Pearl City, St Joseph's Catholic Church in Lena, Pearl City American Legion Auxiliary, Pearl City Lioness, many volunteer hours with Contact & FACC. She fostered 5 daughters and 2 sons and hosted 6 foreign exchange students.

A memorial has been established for Alzheimer's and Pearl City American Legion Auxiliary.

A visitation will be held on Saturday November 29, 2025 from 9 AM - 11 AM, with funeral service to follow at 11 AM, at Salem Church in Loran, IL. Burial to be at The Ebenezer Cemetery, 5421 S. Stone Church Road, Pearl City, IL. Luncheon after Burial service at Ebenezer Parish Hall
