Marty James Heinrich, 52, of Pearl City, IL, passed away on July 14, 2021 at home surrounded by loved ones. He was born on November 6, 1968 in Freeport, IL, to Elmer "Shadow" and Molly (Pfeiffer) Heinrich. He was a 1986 graduate of Freeport High School. On June 6, 1998, he married DeeAnn Lindstrom at the Silver Creek Reformed Church in German Valley, IL. He worked as a heavy equipment operator for Central Cable, taxidermy assistant, construction, and custom wood working. Interests included arm wrestling (4 ^th in the nation) and bowling, and was proud of accomplishments in both. He was a life long Patriots and NHRA fan, an avid hunter and golfer, and a huge Pat Travers fan.

Survivors include his wife DeeAnn Heinrich, son Brady Heinrich, sisters: Marla Israel and Sandra (Ray) Lyons; brothers: Billy (Teresa) Heinrich, Erland (Mary) Heinrich, and John Heinrich; father-in-law Wayne Lindstrom, mother-in-law Joyce (Randy) Stenback, brother-in-law Wade Lindstrom, brother-in-law Randy (Dawn) Stenback, sister-in-law Charlotte (Daniel) Stoehr, nephews: Erich, Samuel, Tymon, Khai, Justin, Robert, Jack, Ben, Doug, Randy, Jeff, and Noah; and nieces: Devon, Jordan, Adeline, Erika, Paige, Kari, Julie, Ashley, Stacey, and Kelsey.

He was preceded in death by his father Elmer "Shadow" Heinrich, mother Molly Pfeiffer Heinrich, sisters Connie Scott and Penny McCarthy; brother Stan Heinrich, mother-in-law Debra Lindstrom, and nephew James Jr.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday July 22, 2021 at 6 PM, with visitation from 4 PM until time of service, at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd, in Freeport, IL, with Pastor Rich Graham officiating.
