It is with a sad heart that I tell you today that Marchia, my Lovebird, has passed away.

Marchia was the most loving, caring, giving, loyal, understanding, beautiful, creative, talented, hard working soul in the world. I had the honor and pleasure to be married to Marchia for almost 48 years.

Marchia was also the most unforgettable wife, mother, "gramy", sister, daughter, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, daughter-in-law, niece, friend, cook and entertainer. Marchia was all we could have ever wished for and hoped for.

Our world was a better place with Marchia.

All of us remember Marchia's infectious laugh. How could we ever forget it!

Marchia's beauty. Marchia's style. Oh my gosh, her style! Wow!

For all of us and those who ever met Marchia, Marchia's personality made us feel special and
like family.

Marchia enjoyed writing down verses and phrases that she either heard or read in the many books she would read. I would like to share a couple with you.

So let us endure this moment with strength and gentleness. Cherish Marchia in our thoughts and prayers as we continue our journey into the next chapter of our lives.
