Linda Sue Woitynek, 74, of Freeport, IL, passed away on March 9, 2023 at OSF in Rockford. She was born on March 18, 1948 in Freeport, to Oscar and Myrtle (Howard) Heinrich. She was a graduate of Pearl City High School, and on March 23, 1968, married William Woitynek in Freeport. She was a Daycare Provider (Linda's Daycare) and a member of Park Hills Church. She loved bowling and playing cards with her closest friends.

Survivors include her Husband, William Woitynek, Children: Tim (Sarah) Woitynek and Dawn (Quinell) Brooks; Brother, Jerry (Karen) Heinrich, Grandkids: TJ (Karissa) Eggleston, Qlerra Brooks, Aleshia (Aaron) Trammel, Jordan Brooks, Darius Brooks, Darice Brooks, Dezi Brooks, Jae Helman, and Joseph (Lindsay) Edwards; Great Grandkids: Aniyah Eggleston, Gabby Avila, and Elliot Bee Brooks, Remy, Berlyn, and Harlow Edwards; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her sister Shirley.

A visitation will be held on Saturday March 18, 2023, from 1PM - 3PM, at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd in Freeport.
