Linda Ann Bloom, born on November 10, 1948, in Freeport, Illinois, passed away at her home in Freeport on January 20, 2025, at the age of 76.

She was the beloved daughter of LaVerne and Ruby (Newell) Bloom. Linda was predeceased by her brothers, Dan (Gail) Bloom of Country Club, Missouri, and Bill (Marcy) Bloom of Kearneysville, West Virginia. She is survived by her 11 nieces and nephews as well as many great-nieces and great-nephews who will remember her affectionately.

Linda found joy in music, often playing the piano and singing. She also had a passion for reading and writing, pursuits that reflected her thoughtful and creative spirit. Additionally, she took great care in tending to her pet fish, finding companionship in their quiet presence.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 14th, 1:30 PM, at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd in Freeport, IL.
