Joel John Borgmann, 54, of Orangeville, IL, passed away on March 11, 2025 in Monroe, WI. He was born on August 12, 1970 in Rockford, IL, to Virgil and Mary (Lichter) Borgmann. He married Jacqueline Egan on October 15, 1994 in Omro, WI. He was a member of St. Mary's Church in Durand, IL.

Survivors include his mother Mary Borgmann, wife Jacqueline, daughter Melinda, siblings: Brian & Kath, Ken & Michelle, Dave & Mindy, Kim Toelke, Daniel, and Sheila Cummins (Jay); and his nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father Virgil, niece Randi Leigh, in-laws Lawrence & Paulette Egan, and brother-in-law Joel Toelke.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday March 16, 2025, from 1PM – 4PM, at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd in Freeport, IL. A memorial has been established.
