Jeffrey Allen Messer, 68, of Freeport, IL, passed away at home on March 7, 2026. Education included Associate of Specialized Technology Electronics/Computer Engineering in 1987 and attended Polo Community High School. He worked as a computer technician/handyman.

Survivors include Mary Ann Olson (mother), John Messer (brother), Loree Brooks (Messer) – sister, Donna Olson (sister), Dennis Olson (brother), and multiple other family members.

He was preceded in death by Glenn Messer (father), Donald Olson (stepfather), and Gerald Messer (brother) to name a few.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday March 22, 2026, from 1 PM – 5 PM, at the Polo Area Senior Center, 101 E. Mason St., in Polo, IL.
