Jean C. Vanhorn's Obituary
Jean C. VanHorn of Freeport died Sun Oct 3, 2021 at Loyola Hospital. Born in Lena, IL July 16, 1942 to Howard and Dorothy (Klaas) Michael. Jean and John (Jack) VanHorn were married Aug 28, 1964 at Salem United Church of Christ. Jean worked many years at Credit Bureau of Freeport and Bee Line Services of Freeport
Surviving is a sister Karen (Roger) Bremmer, sister-in-law Shirley VanHorn, "Special Family" Stephanie, Bryan, Brayden Meyers and Donte' Richards, nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceding her in death were her parents, husband Jack, son Michael passing Feb 8, 2021, brothers-in-law and sister-in-law.
Upon Jean's request no services will be held. A memorial has been established for the Friends Forever Humane Society in Freeport.
