Jayden Horton, 16, of Freeport, IL, passed away on July 22, 2023. He was born on October 27, 2006 in Freeport, to Chris Fluegel and Nichole Horton.

Survivors include his parents, grandma Kelly Horton, grandmother Kay Fluegel, grandfather John Fluegel, uncles Tim and Eric Fluegel, and Robert Horton; aunt Emily Horton, and sister Alyssa Fluegel.

A visitation will be held on Saturday July 29, 2023, from 3PM - 5PM, at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd in Freeport.
