James Savaglio, 63, of Blue Island, IL, passed away at home on April 21, 2025. He was born May 28, 1961 in Chicago, IL, to George and Linda (Brown) Savaglio. He married Katherine Buchner on December 8, 2001 in Cook County.

Survivors include his wife Katherine Savaglio (Buchner), sister Angela Savaglio (Mike Oliva), brother Phillip Savaglio (Tracy), brother George Savaglio (Laura), sister Jacqueline Higgins (Bob), grandchildren: Alicia, Emily, Aurelio, Giovanni, Bobby, and Alaina; step children: Katherine Buchner and Bobby Buchner; and uncle to many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father George, mother Linda, and sister Christine.

He was a beloved brother, uncle, and cousin to many.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
