Harold R. Biddinger, Jr., 75, of Rockford, IL, and formerly of Freeport, IL, passed away on January 2, 2021 in Rockford. He was born on May 2, 1945 in Chicago, IL, to Harold and Lois (Wendt) Biddinger.
