Gloria Schlamp, 75, of Freeport, IL, passed away on June 12, 2022 at FHN. She was born on June 20, 1946 in Freeport to Merle and Nellie (Sager) Snyder. She married Gerald Schlamp on May 11, 1963. She was a member of the Moose Lodge and Eagles Club. She loved dancing, darts, watching Gunsmoke and Nascar Racing, and Elvis Presley. She loved spending time with her daughter, granddaughter, and family.

Survivors include her daughter Debbie of Freeport, granddaughters Carter and Kayla of Freeport, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, and several cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents Merle and Nellie, her sister Judy, her daughter Pamela, and her husband Jerry.

Funeral service will be held on Friday June 17, 2022 at 11 AM, at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd in Freeport, with Fr. Timothy Barr officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday June 16, 2022 from 4PM – 6PM, also at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel. Interment at Oakland Cemetery.
