Gary Edgar Clark, 78, of Freeport, IL, passed away on March 19, 2025 at Medina Nursing Center in Durand, IL. He was born on May 19, 1946 in Dixon, IL, to Delbert and Lillie (Thorington) Clark. He married Millicent Clark on May 26, 1976. He served in the US Army and was a member of First Church of the Nazarene in Freeport.

Survivors include his brothers: Jack C. Clark (Judy) and William R. Clark (Carolyn); son Richard Bowser (Sue), daughter Lorena Miller, grandsons: Kevin Wilcox (Nicole) and Austin Walters; granddaughter Samantha Miller, and many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife Millicent Clark, brothers Del Clark and Perry Clark, son Scott Bryant, daughter Tina Wilcox, grandson Joshua Wilcox, and granddaughter Ann Wilcox.

Memorial service will be held on Saturday May 17, 2025 at 10:30 AM, at First Church of the Nazarene.
