Frances Johnson, 77, of Lena, IL, passed away on December 18, 2022 at FHN in Freeport. She was born on December 1, 1945 in Fouke, AR, to Ruby Roy House and Eva Leona Aaron. She married Eugene Johnson on December 5, 1988 in Copperas Cove, TX. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Topsey, TX.

Survivors include her son Ralph (Sara) Lucas of Lena, IL, son Roy (Connie) Lucas of Whitehouse, TX, daughter Kim (Daniel) Durkee of Rockport, TX, grandchildren: Chris Lucas, Rosemary Lucas, Caitlin (Joey) Drake, Brett Lucas (Kayla Monrobot Lucas), Clinton (Miranda) Brown, Zackery Lucas (Kyleigh Oldham), Katrina Shull, and Elijah Pina; and numerous great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother Eva Magnus, father Ruby House, brother Ralph House, brother David House, sister Ruby Warner, and niece Lauren Lucas.

Funeral service will be held on Monday December 26, 2022 at 10:30 AM, at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd in Freeport, IL. Officiating will be Pastor Rick Bader of St. John's Lutheran Church in Lena, IL. Interment will be in Copperas Cove, TX.
