Faithe Renee Reed, 29, of Freeport, Il, passed away on April 12, 2021 in Rockford, IL. She was born on December 25, 1991 in Freeport, IL, to Frank Reed and Tina Taylor. She was a 2011 Graduate of Freeport High School. She worked as a Certified Nurses Aide.

Survivors include her Mother Tina Taylor, her Father Frank Reed, Daughter Zoie Reed , Dad Jeff Brinkmeier, Sister Grace Brinkmeier, Nieces Eryah Faithe Webb and Babygirl Webb, Grandma Betty Taylor, Grandma Sandra Reed, Grandpa Frank (Nadeen) Reed, Special Aunt Judy Distelmeier, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, and boyfriend Michael Palls II.

She was preceded in death by her Grandpa Sterling C. Taylor, Sr., Aunt Kelly and Uncle Steve Levitski, special Adopted Aunt Pam Waller, and special friend Michael Funk.

A visitation will be held on Saturday April 24, 2021 from 1 PM - 3 PM, with a memorial service at 3 PM, at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd in Freeport, IL, with Larry Thomson officiating.
