Emily M. Gwinn, 23, of Freeport, IL, passed away on July 15, 2021. She was born on March 11, 1998 in Libertyville, IL to Theodore Gwinn and Crystal Titus.

Survivors include her mother Crystal Titus, father Theodore Gwinn & Loretta, sisters: Ashley Allen, Dakota Gwinn, and Noelle Gwinn; nieces: Jade Allen and Hazel Maltry; nephew Wade Ennenga, stepsisters: Vanessa Kashola and Samantha Hall; and stepbrothers Joseph Phillips and Mark Phillips, Jr.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Gladys Atkins and Theo Gwinn.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday July 21, 2021 at 1 PM, with visitation at 12 noon until the time of service, at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd Chapel in Freeport, IL. Interment will be at Freeport City Cemetery.
