Edward L. Kraft, 91, of Brodhead, WI, went to heaven May 21, 2022, at the Monroe Clinic Hospital. He was Born October 9, 1930, in Red Oak Illinois, the first Child, a son of Glenn and Edith (Harnish) Kraft.

On October 23, 1954, he married June Weaver in Red Oak Illinois at her parents' home.

Ed served in the Marines from 1946 to 1952. He was a hard-working farmer the rest of his life working as a hired farm hand till his retirement.

He is survived by Six Children, 2 Daughters and 4 Sons: Kathy (Steve Monson) Bennett, Gratiot WI, Donald (Nancy) Kraft, Brodhead, WI, Lucy Roper, South Wayne WI, Wade (Patti) Kraft, Brodhead WI, Patrick (Goldie) Kraft, Footville WI, and Scott Kraft Lancaster WI; a sister, Karrol Tipton, and a brother Keith Kraft, both from Freeport IL; 16 Grandchildren and 23 Great-Grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his Wife June of 44 years, his Parents Glenn and Edith Kraft, Sister Nelda Janicke, Son Joey Kraft, and Grandson Craig Bennett.

Funeral service will be held on Friday May 27, 2022, at 11 AM, at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd in Freeport, IL. Visitation will be held on Thursday May 26, 2022, from 4PM - 7PM, also at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel in Freeport. Interment at Grandview Cemetery.
