Donna M. Hazlip, 85, of Freeport, IL, passed away on January 4, 2023 at Pearl Pavilion in Freeport. She was born on October 2, 1937 in Mt. Morris, IL, to Lee and Goldie (Anderson) Feary. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Business and worked as a Press Secretary. She was united with Marion "Gene" Hazlip on October 28, 1967.

Survivors include her cousin, Eleanor Stouffer, nieces: Sharon (Ron) Baker, Alicia (Charles) Hays, Valerie Collins, and Vicki Wagner; nephews: Lon Feary and Joe Sieffert; and many great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Gene, parents Lee and Goldie, step-parents Elsie and Monk Hardesty, sister Dorothy Sieffert, and brother Ronald Feary.

As per Donna's wishes, there will be no services. Cremation rites have been accorded.
