Donald Shores, 70, of Freeport, IL, passed away on July 7, 2024. He was born on May 15, 1954 in Freeport, to Vernon Shores and Vivian "Pat" Lower. Donald and partner Brenda Schadewaldt enjoyed many years together. She would precede him in death.

Survivors include his children: David (Elizabeth) Shores, and Matthew (Katrina) Shores, brothers: Kevin (Dorene) Shores, William Shores, and Robert (Dinah) Shores; sisters: Sharon (Lee) Terry and Kathy Palmer; grandchild Ayden Shores, with many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Vernon and Vivian Shores, brothers: Dennis, Vaughn, and Thomas Shores; and sister Jerrie Kittoe.

Visitation will be held on Saturday July 27, 2024, from 10 AM - 12 noon, at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd in Freeport.
