Dianna Taylor, 69, of Freeport, IL, passed away on May 9, 2020. She was born on June 6, 1960 in Freeport to Eugene West and Norma Jean Van Buskirk Bell. She attended Freeport High School and later married Richard Taylor.

Survivors include her son Mike Wootan of Freeport, her daughter Denise Richardson of North Carolina, her sister Pat (late Edward) Bustos of Forreston, IL, many nieces and nephews, grandchildren, half siblings, and special friends: Lori Spittler and Linda Rimington.

She was preceded in death by her brother Larry West, her husband Richard Taylor, her mom Norma Bell, her father Eugene West, and granddaughter Kristy Short.

Services will be held at a later date.
