Dennis C. Cauthen, 66, of Freeport, IL, passed away on September 26, 2022. He was born on July 9, 1957 in Freeport to Kathryn (Stansberry) Johnson and John Cauthen.

Survivors include his children: daughter Loretta Cauthen, daughter Amber Cauthen, and son Brent Cauthen; his siblings: sister Pamela Arberry, sister Karen Cauthen, sister Gail Davis, brother Wayne (Elaine) Cauthen, and brother Kerry (Stayce) Thurman; 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Kathryn Johnson and John (Mike) Cauthen, sister Iva Cauthen, sister Debra Pye, sister Dorthea Johnson, and brother Kelly Thurman.

Service will be held on Saturday October 1, 2022 at 11 AM, at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel in Freeport. Friends may call after 10 AM at the Chapel.
