Debbra Jean (Eagen) Rouse, 56, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2022 at Pearl Pavilion in Freeport, Illinois after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis. She was born in Montclair, New Jersey and later moved to Wheaton, Illinois where she grew up. She eventually settled down in Freeport, Illinois where she raised her two children. She had a love for all animals, rock music and was an avid listener of Howard Stern. Deb was known for her green thumb and love for plants. She lived for the visits she had with her grandchildren.

Debbra is lovingly remembered by her children: Kelsey (Josh) Kostenbader of Pearl City, IL and Trevor (Sara) Robinson of Forreston, IL; her brother Michael (Laura) Eagen of Plainfield, IL, and her parents: Nancy (Robert) Kane of Tuscon, AZ and Richard (Linda) Eagen of Totowa, NJ. She will be dearly missed by her seven grandchildren: Ellaina, Mila, Payton, Savannah, Kayslee, Waylon and Sawyer. She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Debbra's family would like to extend a special thank you to the caretakers and staff at Pearl Pavilion and Unity Hospice for the loving care they provided.
