Dawn (Snyder) Thruman, 58, of Freeport, IL, passed away on March 26, 2024 at Madison Hospital. She was born on May 30, 1965 in Freeport, to Donald and Darlene (Funk) Snyder. She attended Forreston High School and worked at Oakley Courts and RAMP.

Survivors include her father Donald Snyder, son Kyle Boland, sister Denise (Brent) Fontana, sister Donna (Tim) Veer, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother Darlene Snyder, sister Diane Heeren, brother Duane Snyder, and nephew Jason Veer.

A funeral service will be held on Monday April 1, 2024 at 1 PM, with visitation at 12 noon, at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd in Freeport, with Rev. Willis Schwichtenberg officiating.
