David S. Bloom, age 69 of Freeport, IL, passed away Monday, June 27, 2022. He was born August 12, 1952; the son to the late James and Carolyn (Rawleigh) Bloom.

David worked at Titan Tires for many years, retiring in 2014. He was also in the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Freeport First Church of the Nazarene. He enjoyed watching golf, the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears. He also enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle.

He is survived by daughter Casey Bloom of Romania, and Taylor (Matt) Barr of Freeport; grandchildren, Raegan, Maveric, Holden, and Quinn Barr; Sister, Cynthia (James) Fusco. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A private family service will be held on July 29, 2022 followed by a Celebration of Life at the Freeport Church of the Nazarene, 125 E Empire Street Freeport, IL 61032, from 5-8pm.
