Curtis Lee Rufus, 45, passed away on May 20, 2024 at FHN Hospital. He was born on September 15, 1978 in Chicago, IL, to Curtis Lee Mitchell and Essie May Rufus. He was a graduate of Fenger High School.

He is survived by longtime partner Teron Castle.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday June 1, 2024, at 12 noon, with visitation from 11 AM until time of service, at Faith Center Freeport. Interment in Freeport City Cemetery
