Christina (Chris) Goodus of Freeport passed over into God's loving hands on April 28, 2025 in her home. Chris was born in Freeport, Illinois on July 10th, 1975. Chris is the beloved daughter of Marcia Martin and (stepfather) Don Martin and deceased father Roy Ennenga.

Also survived by daughter Samantha Shade (future son in law Larry Adams) of Rockford, Son Gage Corbin (significant other Joan Estoya) of New Glarus, Wisc. Brother Roger Ennenga of Freeport, Half brother Roy Ennenga Jr. and Half sister Lisa Johnson (Aaron Johnson), step brother Steve (Ann) Martin, and step sister Michelle (Ivan) Cortez, She also has many Aunts and Uncles, Nieces and Nephews and Cousins.

Chris was a graduate of Freeport High School and got her Associates Degree at Rock Valley College. Chris was employed by Snak King as Lead Lab Technician, she loved her job and the people she worked with. She loved the time she spent with family. During her lifetime she tried many thing, she would go off roading with Greg Goodus and ride her Harley she loved and Named her dog after. She went bowling with her mom at many state tournament and made great memories there with the lady bowlers of Freeport. She loved to try new things thru out her lifetime and while doing this she made many friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Ennenga Sr. grandparents Harold and Mona Wittbecker, uncle Craig Wittbecker and aunt Cynthia Babb.

The funeral service will be held at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd in Freeport, on Saturday May 3, 2025 at 11:00 am. Visitation to be held on Friday May 2, 2025 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm
