Charlene Collins, 79, of Mt. Carroll, IL, passed away on January 13, 2026 at FHN in Freeport. She was born on October 14, 1946 in Mauston, WI, to William and Elaine (Rich) Babcock. She was a graduate of Elgin Larken High School and married Leonard Collins on February 19, 1965 in St. Charles, IL. Charlene volunteered with a number of organizations and enjoyed them all.

She is survived by many loving family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Leonard, parents William and Elaine Babcock, brother LeRoy Babcock, and sister Gloria Willet.
